The Honda (sold as Acura in some markets) NSX Type-R is a high-performance variant of the iconic Honda NSX sports car. 1. First Honda Civic (1992–2005):
The first-generation Honda NSX Type-R was introduced in 1992. It featured weight reduction measures such as a lighter aluminum body, carbon fiber components, and a stripped-down interior. The first-gen NSX Type-R became renowned for its precise handling and driver-focused experience. 2. Second Honda Civic (2016-present):

As of my knowledge, as of September 2021, a Type-R variant of the second-generation NSX has not been officially released.
